Mr Vampire Synopsis
Chinese priest Kou (Lam Ching Ying) is engaged to perform a reburial for a rich man. Together with his two disciples Manchoi (Ricky Hui) and Tsausan (Chin Siu-Ho), Kuo discovers the corpse is almost intact. However, the corpse rises and a vampire is born. The ghost-fighting trio begins their battle with the killing vampire...
The plot centers on hopping corpses that run amok, and the efforts of the Taoist priest and his two inept assistants to end the outbreak of these Chinese vampires.
Mr. Vampire II
The continuing adventures of a vampire-busting Taoist priest starring Yuen Biao and Wong Siu Fung. An antique dealer roams the countryside with his two assistants searching for rare objects. They come across a cellar where they find three vampires, rendered harmless by talismans. Soon they escape and before long a reporter and an underworld boss are among the vampire-hunters trying to track them down.
Mr. Vampire III
Uncle Ming (Richard Ng) is a Toaist priest who, with the help of two friendly ghosts, cons money from those with haunted houses. He meets Lam Ching Ying’s Taoist ghostbuster, and the ‘Captain’ (Billy Lau), and helps them to capture a sorcerer who is terrorizing the town.
Mr. Vampire IV
The Buddhist Monk and the Taoist Priest, both blessed with ghost-taming powers, have been quarrelling all over the landscape. Still, they are good friends. The Priest shepherds a group of corpses home. He has to fight off some vicious devils. The Priest's classmate has been assigned the job of accompanying the coffin of a prince back to the capital. One night, a thunderbolt rips the coffin and the prince becomes a vampire. He kills many people. The Priest asks to help. He finds his classmate has killed himself. Before the Priest reaches home, Chia-lo, the Priest's student, is attacked by the princeis attacked by the prince. Chia-lo is rescued by the Priest and the Monk. But when the vampire prince pounces with murderous intensions, the vampire-fighters have to give their last bit of effort and wisdom to save themselves.
